Do you train foundational AI models on our proprietary prompts or data?
Strictly NO. Under our Terms of Service and EU AI Act Article 50 commitments, customer data, prompts, workflows, and documents are never used for training or fine-tuning foundation models. Inference is routed through sovereign on-premise enclaves with zero external telemetry leakage.
How are data encryption keys generated and managed?
All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Master cryptographic keys are generated with hardware entropy and stored in our isolated, self-hosted Vaultwarden enclave with mandatory role-based separation and automated 90-day rotation schedules.
What is your SLA for security incident and breach notification?
In compliance with GDPR Article 33 and our bilateral DPA, we guarantee notification of any confirmed Personal Data Breach to affected Data Controllers in writing within twenty-four (24) hours, providing detailed incident vectors and mitigation steps.
